MyAroma Rewards FAQ (Updated)

 

1. What is the MyAroma Rewards Program?

It is our loyalty program created to reward you for shopping with us. You earn points when you shop, refer friends, leave reviews, and more. These points can be redeemed for exclusive discounts on future purchases made on www.aromaconcepts.com or via the MyAroma App.


2. How do I join the program?

It is free and simple. Create an account on the Aroma Concepts website or via the MyAroma App, and upon successful signup you will automatically start earning points.


3. How do I earn points?

You can earn points in the following ways:
• Creating an account (website or MyAroma App)
• Placing an order on the website or app (excluding shipping and taxes)
• Leaving a verified product review
• Referring a friend who completes a purchase
• Entering your birthday (at least 30 days in advance)
• Participating in limited-time promotions

Points are only earned on purchases made through the website and the MyAroma App. Orders placed on Amazon or TikTok Shop do not qualify.


4. How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account on the website or the MyAroma App and visit the Rewards page. You can convert your points into discount codes and use them at checkout. Redemption thresholds may apply.


5. What are the loyalty tiers and how do they work?

We have three tiers based on your total spend during a rolling 12-month period:

Once you reach a tier, you keep it for 12 months. Tier status is reviewed at the end of your rolling 12-month cycle. If you have not made a purchase within the last 12 months, your tier may drop unless you are already at Bronze.


6. Will my tier reset every calendar year?

No. Tier status is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis starting from the date you enter a new tier. If your spending does not meet the tier requirement within that time, you may move down.


7. When do points expire?

Points expire 12 months after your last point activity, which includes earning or redeeming points. Keep shopping or engaging through the website or MyAroma App to maintain active points.


8. Can I combine point rewards with other discounts or sale codes?

Generally, points-based discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.


9. Can I earn or use points on Amazon or TikTok Shop?

No. Points can only be earned and redeemed on the website (www.aromaconcepts.com) and the MyAroma App.


10. What happens to my points if I return an order?

Points are not automatically deducted for returned orders. However, Aroma Concepts may adjust point balances in cases of excessive or suspicious return activity.


11. I think my points are missing — what should I do?

Contact us at support.usa@aromaconcepts.com with your order details, and our team will investigate.

 

12. Can my account be suspended from the program?

Yes. Accounts may be suspended or removed for fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy violations.

 

Aroma Concepts Rewards – Terms & Conditions

MyAroma Rewards Program is offered by Aroma Concepts USA to reward loyal customers who shop through www.aromaconcepts.com or the MyAroma App. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

 

Eligibility

Open to individuals residing in the U.S. with a registered account on the Aroma Concepts website or MyAroma App. Wholesale buyers and businesses are excluded.

 

Enrollment

Enrollment is free and automatic when you create an account on the website or app. You must be logged in to earn or redeem points.

 

Earning Points

Points may be earned through:
• Purchases on the website or MyAroma App
• Verified product reviews
• Referral completions
• Birthday entry
• Seasonal or promotional activities

Points are only awarded on purchases made directly through www.aromaconcepts.com and the MyAroma App. Orders on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party platforms do not qualify. Aroma Concepts reserves the right to review, adjust, or remove points if needed.

 

Point Value and Redemption

• Points do not have cash value.
• Points can only be redeemed on the Aroma Concepts website or MyAroma App.
• Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Point-based discount codes cannot usually be combined with other promotions.

 

Point Expiration

Points expire 12 months after your last earning or redemption activity. Expired points cannot be restored.

 

Returns and Adjustments

Points from returned orders are not automatically deducted. However, Aroma Concepts may manually adjust point totals in cases of high return volume or suspected misuse.

Once a tier is unlocked, it is retained for 12 months. At the end of the cycle, spending for the previous 12 months determines whether your tier is maintained, upgraded, or downgraded.

 

Program Modifications

Aroma Concepts may modify, pause, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time, including adjustments to point values, tiers, or benefits.
