You are eligible for a refund or an exchange within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After 30 days, the returns/refund request will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return or a refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as supplied. It must also be in the original packaging.
We aim to process all the refunds within 5 working days of the product being received at our warehouse. Once we have received your returned items will notify you via email about the return process after we have conducted the inspection.
The shipping charge is non-refundable on all orders and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- We do not offer refunds/returns on sale items.
- We do not accept any returns that are requested beyond 30 days’ eligibility period.
- We offer replacements for the items lost in the post or received damaged (photographic evidence is required for damaged and broken items). We may request you to post the damaged products back to us.
- Please allow us 12 days from the postal date to arrange a replacement if the item is lost in transit.
