1. What is the Aroma Concepts Rewards Program?
It’s our loyalty program to thank you for
shopping with us! You earn points when you shop, refer friends, leave reviews,
and more. These points can be redeemed for exclusive discounts on future
purchases made at www.aromaconcepts.com.
2. How do I join the program?
It’s easy and free. Just create an account
on MyAroma when you go to our website www.aromaconcepts.com,
and upon successful signup you’ll automatically start earning points.
3. How do I earn points?
You can earn points by:
Creating an account
Placing an order (excluding shipping and taxes)
Leaving a verified product review
Referring a friend who completes a purchase
Entering your birthday (at least 30 days in advance)
Participating in limited-time promotions

Points are only earned on purchases made directly on our website. Orders placed
via Amazon or TikTok Shop are not eligible.
4. How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account and visit the Rewards page.
You can exchange your points for discount codes to use at checkout. Redemption
thresholds may apply.
5. What are the loyalty tiers and how dothey work?
We have three tiers, based on your total
spend during a rolling 12-month period:

Once you reach a new tier, you’ll retain it
for 12 months. Tier status is automatically reviewed at the end of your
rolling 12-month cycle as long as you made a purchase in the last 12 months,
otherwise you lose your current tier status and drop unless you are sitting at
Bronze tier already.
6. Will my tier reset every calendaryear?
No. Your tier is calculated on a rolling
year basis — a 12-month period starting from when you first enter a new
tier. If you don’t meet the tier's spend requirement during that time, you may
be moved to a lower tier.
7. Whendo points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last
point activity, which includes earning or redeeming points. Keep shopping
or engaging to keep your points active!
8. Can I combine points rewards with otherdiscounts or sale codes?
Points-based discount codes usually cannot
be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
9. CanI earn or use points on Amazon or TikTok Shop?
No. Our rewards program is only valid on
purchases made through www.aromaconcepts.com.
10. Whathappens to my points if I return an order?
Currently, points are not automatically
deducted when an order is returned. However, Aroma Concepts reserves the
right to manually adjust point balances in cases of excessive or suspicious
return activity.
