Delivery Information
We deliver all orders within the USA in 5-6 Business days. We use USPS, UPS and FEDEX couriers and ship orders from our FL warehouse facilities.
We try to publish most of our products on our website and sometimes the product you have ordered could be out of stock in FL, in this case, we use our Europe/UK stocking facilities to ship your order that will be delivered directly to your doorstep. Please rest assured your item will be delivered however it could take up to 8 working days.
International Orders (outside the USA) usually take 12-14 working days. We have advanced our warehousing facilities to expedite our shipping times. Our fulfilment operations are located in the UK, EU and USA.
Please note that you might be charged Customs and duties outside the USA which are a separate charge from the delivery charges and will be charged from the courier company.
EU Delivery time is 14 working days. UK and EU orders and shipped from our UK warehouse facilities.
UK Delivery time is 6 working days. All UK orders and shipped from our UK warehouse facilities.

EU customers are considered as international purchases and any import duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
USA orders are shipped from our local facilities and any interstate taxes if there are any are the responsibility of the customer.
We provide a tracking number for all the orders and customers can track their goods in transit via the relevant website of the courier company.
For any orders, we don’t offer any additional tracking service unless it’s not delivered after the seventh working day of the dispatch date. You can always track your order using the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch.
